Hi guys, stevieboy is back in the game, cross country season finished, london marathon three weeks away and then its summer. Got the car out and it started first time, reversed out the garage left it running stepped out and it stopped. Didn't bother to much as i had few things to do to, get rid of the winter clutter that had built up around it being one. On getting back in, it failed to start, lost the rest of the day checking everything, bonnet off, fuses ignition circuits, gave up, pushed it back in. There then followed a very cold sunday rechecking everything again and again, still nothing, spark, battery power, good fuses, fuel filter...........ah bugger.... no fuel. It appeared it had all evaporated except for a filter full and had only managed to get out the garage on what was left in it. Always the simplest things cause the most lost time.

Buy her a dress in kit form.. ala build it yourself love..just get her a nice roll of fabric and let her buy the scissors one week then the pins the next and so on. A joint build would be so romantic, and maybe you'll both reach a climax together, and play with each others.

Hi Tomaff, Sadly not had time to do anything at the mo, cross country race season started, plus building a cafe racer based on an old honda 750/4 ready for spring. Got 10 days off at crimbo so might have a go at it.

Carrots could be a problem, the rabbits are carrying a port blockage this week, also last time i visited your part of the world i ended up receiving a fine and said paperwork to say not to do it again, that was for a pair of pigs ears that had been slipped into my case by someone else. Back to the game...it didn't rain next weekend or the one after that, but the sun did come out at 1am. Points were awarded out of turn, as Q1 does not exist, due to Q2 having already started and finished. I claim extra points due to tomorrrow coming a day early as yesterday was late.

with lsd, traction control, sport mode, switchable auto, etc, etc not heard any major issues with rolling roads. iI personally wouldn't worry about it.

A rolling road will spin both wheels at the same speed, thus eliminating the lsd to operate, as it would on a slippy surface. When the brakes are applied that will show the difference. The problem with four wheel drives is that rolling roads are generally catered for only two wheels, so permanent four wheel drives are a problem, i have a discovery and my garage do a drive fast brake hard method on the open road to see if it stops in a straight line.

I really think this weeks round should be abandoned, based on the facts no points have been awarded. This is a breach of the rules as you cant get from somalia to old kent road in a taxi. That means that i claim the win based on countback to before the last post before leaving dock. Page 72, paragraph 7. Where's my trophy? or maybe a free bed for me and the missus in NZ might go down as a good prize with a little help to build the thing while we're there, provided you get past somalia that is.

shortening the loom is not as scary as it seems, take a lok at my build. Take all the overwrapping off, lay the loom over the car roughly where your going to put the wires, then cut each one and solder back together, i did this with no experience and only used a £7.95 solder kit off ebay. Its best to purchase some heat shrink casing to make a good job.

I ran one earth from the main loom to each side and spliced all three lights into it.
