If you have the original owners details contact the manufacturer and they may be able to help you out.
You can pick your own 17 digit chassis number if you want or the dvla will give you one. The chassis may only have a manufactures build number.

Remember guys,
when you buy a new 2.0 engine it comes with a brand new clutch and fly wheel fitted so you will re-coup some of your money back if you sell them.
Unless you are fitting it to an MTX75 box, then you will need to keep them.

The DanST hayabusa ITB kit will give about 25-30BHP with the omex 600, same set up I have. I was the first I think to get the kit from Dan.
I have the focus real calipers as well, not overly impressed with the performance so I'm keeping them fitted purely for the hand break and I bought some Second hand Hispec's from Ebay so I'll be fitting then opposite the ford ones with the brake line.

Car looks good Carl. It should sell for the right price but I think your asking price of £18k is way out there.
As I've said before what you put into the car is of no concern to the buyer they just want a good deal.
I know it will hurt but possibly look at around £15k and open to offers.

The cars that the 3 guys drive at the beginning of the show are all brand new mustang rockets, not even released yet.

The first episode is already readily available on youtube. Just seen it 10 minutes ago. Not sure on the quality.
I watched it in 4k on amazon. They are currently doing a discount and only charging £59 for a year's subscription well worth a look as you will save that much and more on just the free postage from amazon if you buy a lot of stuff from them.
Not trying to sell the service as I prefer Netflix but Netflix don't sell STUFF...

4.5 million dollars an episode, allegedly.
With 36 episodes in the contract over 3 years that's a lot of dosh.

Once you remember that it's not Top gear I really enjoyed it. Production costs must be off the charts and the cinematography is fantastic. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
Unfortunately it does state that season 1 is free for Amazon customers so standby for seasons 2 and 3 having a pay per episode charge.

I have about 18 inches of pipework before anything would get to the filter. After that there is only the bend into the intake so a combination of the filter, pipe layout and the heat in the engine bay should stop any worrying amounts of water getting to the engine.

I would check your filter more often now.
I found that mine had become quite the fly and bug catcher after I did the same sort of thing.

Not the best time of year to sell this type of car Maz, don't let it go cheap for the sake of a quick sale.

Thats about double what I pay and I'm 45. I would have had a look around before committing to that as you are in no rush to insure it at the minute.
Even cancelling your policy after a few months will mean loosing some money.

I've seen weights posted from 500kg to 650kg so I think it's dependent on the materials used, wheels/tyre choice, engine and gearbox and all the other additional bits like side pods, radiators and seat selection.
I wouldn't worry it's still half the weight of a normal car.
