Got the handbrake installed this weekend. Was pretty straight forward other than the fact that we didn't release adjuster enough before drilling the holes. Thankfully I had some slack on the threads at the caliper mounts so we were able to make up for it.

So I'm still dealing with this weird idle issue. Checked all the vacuum houses that I could, seem to be fine. Read the fault codes, and the only one that comes back is the evaporating one, which makes sense. Not sure what's going on.
This was the idle back in August:
This is what is sounds like now:

Thanks George,
I have already checked some of these and will definitely follow up on the others. The thing that bugs me is that it ran fine back in August and since then I haven't done too much to that area of the car.

It's colder out now. That's why it's doing this. The revving is the ECU chasing the narrowband O2 sensor. Number of things cause this as Gwnwar posted.
You may ultimately need to ditch the stock ECU and get a programmable one if you can't find the cause. The stock ECU is looking for a certain air volume which your engine is now flowing beyond its capability to correct for.

Although it sounds tempting, I am not sure I am ready to make that investment. I'll just keep troubleshooting.
