I did speak to Stewart about internal hinges but getting enough support for them would be very difficult and you'd need to be able to make them adjustable as well. In the end I went with external.

Thanks Stewart, I think I'll leave the indicators until after the IVA, I bought some fiat 500 (original one) side indicators which I've managed to get some 21W bulbs for which will hopefully look good if they fit ok.

Yes, thanks Kiwi, I've been through the list and should be ok on all the points Stuart has posted. I've also booked it in for a MOT the week before just so I can bed the brakes in, get the emissions checked and check the headlight alignment.

I've got non standard tyres on 195/75/15 which gives me a lot more ground clearance. As I've changes the speedo to a programmable one this won't cause me any problems for the IVA (hopefully).

Light height should be fine, I've not got a lot of fuel in it but the lights are at 41 cms so I've git 6 cams spare,
Fuel cap should be low enough to be exempt mirrors seem ok.
Wheels are from a Vauxhall. Bit of silver paint and some Dunlop stickers off eBay.

Did you pass the IVA ok with your screen fitted and did you put any trim on it?

I had the same problem with bleeding my clutch. I ended out trying an old motorbike trick, held the clutch pedal fully down for about 24 hours to allow any air bubbles to escape naturally, worked for me, might be worth a go.

Mines fitted at the same height as the picture posted above, I've had no issues with fitting the body or bleeding the system. I've fitted my expansion tank directly behind the radiator on the driver side.

I got rid of mine, blanked off the pipe at the engine end, left the pipe at the fuel, tank end open (after the roll over valve).

Hi Fin,
I've got a feeling the Exocet and Replicar chassis are different, I don't know of anyone having shock clearance problems on the Replicar, I stand to be corrected.
Steve.
