It was great to pop in this morning and see such a great selection of MEVs, each with its own touches and tweaks, and to meet more of all of you that have been so supportive and helpful on here during my build. Sorry I had to slip away before lunch - I will be out on track next time, a combination of getting some more miles on it, and needing to entertain kids this afternoon meant I couldn’t stick around.
Thanks to the team for organising it, and hope everyone else had a fun day!

Thanks to everyone who came along, especially those who offered to help out marshalling etc. We were really happy how well the day went, and pleased it was incident free as well. The photographer will be sending over a small selection of pics which I'll get posted up in the next couple of days. If you like any, they'll be available to purchase individually, or as a batch of all the pics of your car. And yes, I posted a 4.44 0-60 pipping Al by 0.2 seconds  |

It's on the data logger phone, I shall present both 0-60 screenshots this evening He did get a marginally quicker 30-50 and 50-70 though. Guess Al needs more launch practice! |
