If the weather is appropriate are slicks permitted? tyres are the drivers choice.

If you need a hand , e.g. putting out fire extinguishers, rubbish bins and collecting at the end of the day , just let us know. Are folk arriving on Friday evening for a pub dinner . I hope to be there about 6:00pm ish. That would be great, thank you! Any help anyone can offer would be greatly received.

So... updated the first thread with attendees. Numbers are looking good but still space if anyone wants to come along. Photographer. I've had a very good conversation with Darren O'Brien. He's the official photographer for the Javelin Sprint Series. He's offered his services free of charge for the day and will offer a package of all your pictures from the day. Price to be confirmed but won't be a lot. He'll be at the briefing and there'll be plenty of business cards floating around. Make sure if you see him as you fly by to give him a wave! Friday evening. Pub sounds like a great idea! I'll see if we can get a table booked at the Fradley Arms. It's the local Greene King. Who would be interested? Im up for the pub on Friday also my mate Dave will be with me

On a video of the 2016 event there's an Exocet running without wings / mudguards. Will this be permissible at the 2018 event?

they should have wings fitted to stop stones flying, it only takes an hour to fit them so no reason to leave them off. We made an exception once as the driver had fitted very wide tyres and couldn't fit his wings. Cars will be allowed that are not IVA'd but they need to be safe. It's an ideal place for a shake down if you have just finished your car.

hi, paid for 2 drivers a few days ago and not on the list. does it just need updating? thanks Yes, all updated now. Cars need to be safe, so wheel arches are highly recommended to stop stones flicking up. Same with seats, seatbelts or harnesses.

What is the maximum number of entries on the track? Hoping to get car fixed for this year's event, haven't started on it yet though... I won't be booking the track time until I know it's going to be ready.
