Are there any noise tests at the event?

There is a 105 dB noise limit so there should be no need to worry, that is quite generous. Road legal limit is 99 dB.

So... photos.
I've been in discussions with a couple of photographers and it seems things have moved on a little in the way pics are obtained. It seems the preference is for the photographer to rattle off shots all through the day, then upload them to a site for you to select and buy the ones you want.
Would this suffice, or are you wanting to see them and order on the day?

If you need a hand , e.g. putting out fire extinguishers, rubbish bins and collecting at the end of the day , just let us know.
Are folk arriving on Friday evening for a pub dinner . I hope to be there about 6:00pm ish.

So... updated the first thread with attendees. Numbers are looking good but still space if anyone wants to come along.
Photographer. I've had a very good conversation with Darren O'Brien. He's the official photographer for the Javelin Sprint Series. He's offered his services free of charge for the day and will offer a package of all your pictures from the day. Price to be confirmed but won't be a lot. He'll be at the briefing and there'll be plenty of business cards floating around. Make sure if you see him as you fly by to give him a wave!
Friday evening. Pub sounds like a great idea! I'll see if we can get a table booked at the Fradley Arms. It's the local Greene King. Who would be interested?
