Chris, how do you rate the quality of that bush kit? I looked at them and was put off by the negative reviews. Though now I see you're using them and I can't help but think they've got to be better than my 22 year old rubber!! You've obviously not had the chance to drive with them, but first impressions? Great use of the BBQ by the way, did it flavour your steak at all?

Ha I had the same theory as you it has to be way better than 20 year old rubber and I plan to change the diff for an LSD within a few years . The reviews are comparing them to bushes 5 times the price but they fit great seem well made and I'm sure are an improvement on what was there previously. The BBQ technique works well but you get molten rubber everywhere so get some cheap gardening gloves .

Went along to the show at stoneleigh and got to see this in the flesh!!! What an amazing looking machine put my order in gotta wait untill July now for the kit to be ready !!

Lots of good info just Google "miata 1999 replace rear axle bearings" just remember there is a snap ring holding in the bearing..
