Are these items replaceable? With my new bushes I can't see how these would fit back on? Mine are shot to bits and look in worse condition than this:

Someone more qualified might be better to answer but I would say yes. These act as a bump stop to the diff, so the different bushes shouldn't make a difference.
It's not like the are designed to sit I to the bush or anything
Thanks

Yes OK to install.. There should be a gap between washer part (funny name for it) and bushing..

Hi, the square bar that's on the bottom of the rear subframe - do we keep this? I can't see where it would fit into the Mev frame.

Hi, in addition to the above query which I'm still not sure on, I have another. What have people used instead on the front caliper bolts as I can't find longer ones to go through and hold the wing mounts? Thanks

Hi, I'm struggling to work out what the kit-supplied bolts are all for? 6 of 12x30mm ? 2 of 12x80mm ? 4 of 12x90mm ?
What bolts have people used to mount the seats? I'm thinking M10x30mm for the seat to the runner and M10x70mm for the runners through the frame with square plates underneath the floor.

Assuming kit hasn't changed in this respect since I got mine:- 6 x for chassis to front 6 subframe fixings 2 x for chassis front-of-floor to rearmost front-subframe fixings 4 x rear subframe fixings (ensure use a sturdy washer if there's any risk of crush tube pulling thru hole in subfreame.
Re your earlier Q on 'front caliper bolts' - have you sorted this out now? - sounds like replacement dust shield/cover bolts for front stays.

Thanks, that'll get me moving forward again. I found 2 longer m10x1.25 ones on eBay that are strong and stamped.
I've now discovered they the panels and tunnel don't all meet or fill in the gaps. Argghg Also the mounts for the fuel tank are ok right behind the seats but further back they are in the wrong place or my tank is a different one to fit the kit. Cheers

I'm not sure how old your kit is. On some of the older ones I've seen people space the tanks, I think the new ones are better spaced.

My kit was only collected this month! I'll get some pics up tomorrow. I can weld new tank brackets on but the centre tunnel is a real concern,

My kit is new also, so can match the tank up tomorrow for you.
Do you mean the alloy centre tunnel? If so it may require some trimming and a bit of persuasion to fit, mine needed some spreading and stretching to line up.
I decided to not use it and make a tubular frame instead, but if not I'm sure I could make the alloy fit well

The foot well panels supplied don't line up and the centre tunnel I've no idea if it sticks beyond the bulkhead or not bet either way it's a poor fit
