Rear cover install, Solved the fuel tank vent issue. Used a marine trap vent connected to the charcoal canister. And the fuel fill is fitted. Hope to mount the tail lights tomorrow after work.

Looks nice, Do you have a profile shot of the car with the hood and lights? I will need to roll the car out of the tent to take some more photos. Are you wanting to see how high the lights are from the hood and bar?

John - can you post part numbers, manufacturers, etc. on the fuel filler setup you are using please? Also, at the risk of sounding foolish, where / how exactly does this vent hook up to the fuel tank? My 1991 NA tank has a fuel supply line to the fuel rail, a fuel return line back from the fuel rail, and what looks like a vent line that originally ran also ran up to the engine compartment, and into a charcoal canister there. Does this vent fitting replace that setup?

I am also trying to see how much of the beam will be obstructed by the hood, but I guess that is why you have the rally lights there.

Does this vent fitting replace that setup? The fuel tank is different on a 2000 than on a 1991. I would have to look at the plumbing on the 91 tank to suggest the hookup location. I used an atwood p-trap vent from a boat. The vent allows for the tank filler to not require a vent pipe. I am able to run the vent from the tank through the charcoal filter then to the marine vent. The lockable fuel filler is Sparco. I had to go from 2 1/4 on the fuel pipe to 1 1/2 on the tank in a distance less than 7" so I had to get creative with the plumbing hookup. I will post some detailed photos of the setup. What is the fill neck size on the 1991 tank?

I will take more when I have the electric finished. The rally lights are for driving in the Florida Keys at night. There are no street lights down here on the islands for most of US 1.

Can you share with me more info on how you have the front lights (in the grill area) mounted, and how you have them wired? I hate my setup, and would love to find an alternative.

I will take some detailed photos of the bracket and post them tomorrow. I made the brackets from some flat stock. It is bolted to the cross bars in front of the radiator. For power source I used the fuse from the A/C blower motor. PIAA fog lights come with all the required wires, relays and switches. But I was a little more creative. I re-purposed the windshield wiper stock for the light switch. I had kept it on the column because I kept the cruise control feature from the miata. Now I have pulse low beam, low beam, high beam and dual beam for my light switch. The PIAA lights are twin beam and have a 60/100 watt H-4 bulbs installed.

If you're out there taking pics, can you check the distance from the ground to the middle of the lights too? Trying to figure out how low I can mount mine and stay legal here.

I currently have the car on jack stands. I hope this helps for a reference point for your measurements. I will have the car back on the ground with the shock spacers installed and I will measure then for you.

Here are a few photos of the bracket I made for the lights. I plan on running the wires around the sides of the radiator and the harness across the top with the other wires. Hope that this helps with some ideas.

That looks fantastic. What I'm worried about is now that other people are getting their Exocets together (in the US), cool ideas like this will start to pop up. This will then force me to pop open my checkbook to do something similar! Thanks for the pictures! I may try this with a Rigid light bar!
