John - how did you fasten down the tunnel front sheet metal? Screws (so you can remove it if needed), or rivets? I can see pros / cons to both ...

Well I just checked UPS tracking for my body panels that were supposed to arrive last Thursday. It says that they are in the trailer in Atlanta still. Hmm. Great tracking there UPS-LTL. My car this evening. Trying on the new skin.

Looks great! Need more pics! I almost did black frame and blue bodywork, ended up going with the opposite, though quite a bit further behind.

Picked up my custom side panels from The Plastics Shop. These will look much nicer than the originals. My blue panels next to the ones provided by Exomotive. If anyone is interested in color panels let me know.

What was the cost for the custom panels? Might not be a bad option for upper panels as well for aero.

What was the cost for the custom panels? Might not be a bad option for upper panels as well for aero. They run $ 250.00 per pair finished. The color plexi is a different material that what Exomotive used. If you are interested in making uppers there would need to be some template work done. I am considering having some of the plexi molded into a spoiler lip for the rear and a wind deflector for the hood. Uppers that is a good idea, maybe covering the first two sections back?

I'm interested in what you do for the wind deflector. Can you share your ideas?

I'm interested in what you do for the wind deflector. Can you share your ideas? I plan on making a lip spoiler on the back with the blue plexi. I am also planning on making a freestanding wind deflector on the hood in lieu of a windshield. The plastics shop that made my panels fabricates all sorts of components for the boating industry, their primary business is prototyping new components. So if I can think it up they can make it.
