I have moved on to fitting the cycle wings now but have a problem because I bought 215 section tyres so they do not fit under the wings with the wing stays in their standard position. I thought I could cut off the stay bars and make some 'sleeves' to go over them to make the wings both adjustable and removable. I made a massive schoolboy error though of cutting the stay below the bracing bar so I had to fix that first with some more sleeves.

I am pretty sure the wing is in the right position for IVA as it has to cover the front line of the wheel rim which it does. I think these wings would be really hard to fit though even if you had the right size tyres

Just wondered why, are you not using t-pieces at the front or rear.

I had the lines made up at the local motorcycle store and he suggested using the double banjo as he said that modern motorcycles use this system. The cost of all the lines and banjo parts were a lot cheaper than the rtr kit too.

Just curious. Never seen it done like that before. If it works and has saved you cash then it's all good. You can use that saved cash for another upgrade later in the build.

I have been looking at getting the camber and toe set up today and have noticed differences on either side of the car. To get the camber correct I have had to adjust the top ball joints as shown below. Has anyone else found similar differences? I have not set the toe yet but it looks like I will need to do similar with the track rod ends and have one side significantly different to the other
