You're more than welcome to stay here & allow me to show you the hills & curves of E. TN. Google "the snake" for a intro to where I live near.

Hi Guys,,,,,Hope this finds you well & enjoying the day. I'm shopping for seat belts or a lap belt & would appreciate your opinions. I don't plan on doing track days but the roads over the nearby mountains are close to it, so I may choose the 4 point belt. Since the mounting points are a bit closer than some race cars, is there a certain brand that fits better than others ? When driving solo, how do you keep the empty belt from flapping about ? Thanks for your replies & take care.

I have standard 2 inch seat belts, 4 point fixed. Mounted them, cut the excess length and melted the edges for a nice finish.
When driving solo, the passenger belt is closed behind the seat.

I also have 2 inch 4 point belts.
Mine are sabelt and are easy to use and adjust for fit.
When driving solo the passenger belt is tightened as far as it will go and the ends folded behind the fastening buckle.

I have a pair of Willans 2" wide belts, I found they fell off my shoulders so I'm having a pair of Sternum belts made to stop this from happening.

Edwin's comment is very close to my feeling of anticipation. It should be started later this week, as the electrical test showed NO engine codes & all the lights & instrument panel are functioning as needed. The new steering wheel is being adapted & the seats are being fixed in place :^)
