Just replaced all the hose clips with 32-25mm ones, and got my P clips, should have my tunnel brackets ready to collect this week, and get all the coolant pipes in place, think I will opt for a Venhill Throttle cable, standard choke cable and maybe a cheap hand brake cable for now, will get a super duper strong gear shift cable and a Venhill clutch cable, looking forward to getting it sat on its wheels on Saturday, pics to follow at the weekend.

Just ordered my 4 way brake union and a brake switch. Will get my brake pipe from wilwood to the union made in Kunifer and maybe use Venhill flexi braded to the calipers.

Seat brackets plus tunnel brackets have been made, will fit the seats tomorrow, will secure the coolant pipes down the tunnel tomorrow, picking up tyres tomorrow and will hopefully have it sat on its wheels with a view to fitting the engine late afternoon. Having brackets made for the switchgear and headlights as not happy with how they are mounted now.

Tires on, wheels on, but not sat on wheels and no engine in yet. 6 hrs fitting seats. I hate fitting seats. I always, make a right balls up in seat fitting. Need to spend much more time on this build from now on. Made the swingarm bush, and I'm on with fitting the bracket for the handbrake.

A bit more done lastnight, managed to get the brackets made for the handbrake and gear shift mount, cut out so the coolant pipes can come down each side, have put 25mm silicone hose around where they might touch and rub, starting to make stand off brackets to suspend the coolant pipes off the chassis, not happy with the brackets so far, so will probably make some better ones, but just seeing how they work under the tunnel. Fitted the 4 way Brake Union and Brake Switch, just ordered the 3/8th and 10mm brake unions to get them out to the bulkhead mounts, have made neat brackets for them to step off the chassis to the wheel. have some cleaning up to do, then will powdercoat the brackets to match the chassis. will also powdercoat all the other brackets I have made. fitted the 3/8th braided hose from the union to the master cylinder. tires on the front wheels now, wanted to fit the engine this weekend, but decided to not rush (No point, no shows to get to now this year) Will make sure the brakes are bled and all the front end pipework is done before moving to the back and the engine. Hoping to get a bit more done this week, but im away all weekend at the VW festival in Leeds.

I appologise for the shooting gallery of holes on the seat rails :-) I intend to fit tidy strips underneath to cover the holes and also cover the bolts. From the top side you wont see the rivets, but it will look much neater from the bottom ;D

Cheers mate. Just struggling with the steering extensions, I think I have to cut the steering rack arms, not too happy with that so need to speak to Luke and confirm it in the morning.

Just confirmed with RTR that I do need to take a little of each end of the rack to get it right. I knew I had to really. Just wanted confirmation before doing something I could not undo.

Just ordered my bits n bobs for the front brakes, managed to source all the bits to make them up myself. Just bought some more silicone pipe for the run to the Oil Cooler. Hope to get some of that done next week, away this weekend.

A little more done tonight, gulp time cutting my steering rack down to bring the Toe In or Toe Out and actual adjustment that can be made. Wheels are now looking straight forward. Front Kunifer brake pipes made, just need a pair of 10mm female unions. Centre tunnel supports all made now and centre tunnel handbrake access made bigger to stop fouling. Sequential slot cut for gear shift. Rear wheel dolly skate lift ordered to allow me to shift the rear over to one side in my garage. Trike will be sat on its wheels this week.... may not get much done now before my holiday....
