Cheers, I will keep posting pics, just got my centre tunnel made in thinner material, and its taller too, it now sits at a nice height with regard to my seats, think I will place my Handbrake down in the tunnel, running cooling pipes underneath, and also put a manual shifter in the centre console as its main or backup shifter. will get centre tunnel done in black when I have cut the relevant access holes. Loving the build so far, hope do do loads more this weekend. Aim to get my kit built for maybe October or November. :-)

Brake pot bracket mounted and brake pots secure, all 7/16 bits fitted, just going to run the pipework and thats the first part of the brakes sorted, next step is to decide which way I will have my brake supply pipes, not sure whether to do pre-made goodridge type or whether to make my own from Kunifer.

Chassis now turned round ready for more work tomorrow, plan to fit the seats, or at least make them fit, loosely fit the radiator (brackets being made by my buddy), plumb the brakes in, have checked the centre tunnel clearance for pipes, I have stacks of room now, will also mark and cut for my handbrake access hole in the centre of the tunnel, may jigsaw out the rear floor in engine bay, to assist as much clearance as possible, rear wheel to collect from tyre balancing tomorrow, and may fit the swingarm too, who knows may get the engine fitted if i get a good day :-) Pics to follow tomorrow

A bit more progress, its funny, the things that take ages to do, I thought open frame, the seats will be easy, maybe I didn't measure correctly, anyway they are loosely fitted now, I need some spacers to step them up over the seat belt mounts, not problem, got the swingarm in, will need a bush to take up the extra space on the swing arm shaft now there is no frame. had some spare braided hose, enough to make the rear pipe anyway, have fitted that on the left brake master cylinder, have centre tunnel cut for mounting the hand brake, have cut the dial cut outs for my trim panel for the dash, will powdercoat this and the grill next session, will mount the radiator and get the coolant pipes in place when my brackets are ready, hopefully Monday. Here are some pics of my progress.

It's not, its correct. Depending on age of bike will determine if its mounted top or bottom side. This is the correct mounting for my age of bike.

No, Im loving it too, got several custom brackets being made, so won't be much progress this week, getting front tires on Sat, so can put Trike in its wheels, then look at fitting the engine and getting it all plumbed in. Should be able to get the radiator fitted this week and plumbed to the engine bay.

Silicone hoses now fitted at the front, radiator loosely fitted, need some nice top mounts but its secured at the bottom. Front indicators fitted onto MSVA brackets. May move after the test. Pics to follow. Just picked up some nicer than jubilee clip clips to secure the hoses, also just received the water temp housing to plumb into the front area of coolant pipe.

25mm clips were far too tight once the pipe is in, just swapped for 32-35mm instead, and picked up 25 x 25mm P clips to secure coolant pipes in the tunnel on custom made brackets.

Just pricing up cables :-( its going to be an expensive do this, I need 5 major cables, throttle, clutch, hand brake, gear shift cable and choke. Certainly the throttle and clutch will need to be custom, so maybe £100 here. Think I may just use a cheaper hand brake and choke cable for now, as all these cables could cost me a startling £250 :-(
