I shall be cracking on with it first thing in the morning, hope to have the floor cut to size and drilled ready to fit before it goes to Powder Coat, the firewall rear bulkhead too.

So im looking at 11.40pm at my first job to do, which is fit bushes to wishbones, like past builds this is always a dreadful job :-) After reading various input in the tech section, I think I will turn the bushes down slightly to get them in as they are something like a 28.5mm bush going into a 27.5mm hole, they are flexible but even after warming them up,they are not going in. I won't be using a mallet or vice as these should be a nice fit,and there isnt enough metal on the wishbone to play with.

Floor and chassis drilled. Floor cut and ready for Powdercoat, bulkhead drilled and Cleko'd in place. Tried fitting the swingarm, but can't see how the swingarm pin can fit as it scraped the frame putting it in, and once fitted there is no way of fitting the washer and nut... anyone had the same? There doesn't seem to be enough clearence.

Just looking at the front and now can't see where or how to fit the brake master cylinders, no places in the chassis to mount them?

Loving the build Scott, a few little issues, but RTR are gonna sort them no problem, had loose mounts on the steering, swing arm, shocker, floor and bulkhead is shaped and cut and the frame is drilled for it, sending all alloy panels for powdercoat along with my tanks, gonna take a look at my bodywork next, and build up the components on the front end. Its been such a long time for me to finally have my own reverse trike, that I will thouroughly enjoy the build.
Cheers for th support
Nick

Good progress! Are those standard wings? They look quite different from mine...

Got the Wishbone rubbers turned down tonight on my dads lathe, they are all now fitted. The jobs you think will take no time, take some thinking about, and things like the bodywork I thought could take up hrs of my time took less than an hr to be fitted and removed several times. Next job for me is to build up the hubs, uprights and caliper mounts.

Yeah, I was given 3 options, my wife liked these best. Lucky bastard... I had the option of standard wings or the ugly square ones. The ones you have I like better!
