Looks angry. Have you you started the registration process yet? It's super easy in Alabama and I have the info if you need it.

I wasn't happy with how much the dash vibrated so I made mount from the upper column mount to the dash surround. Solid as a rock now.

How did this bond hold up? I am planning to do the same, but trying to figure out if I need to lay the fiberglass mesh on top of it, or if just using the adhesive is sufficient. Here they are bonded in.

Adhesive that I used is holding great, it is SEM 39337. It has had a hundred street miles and a couple track days.

Thanks Wayne. I already have the adhesive above. The discussion we are having if we need to add fiberglass mesh on top of the adhesive, or just the adhesive should be more than enough.

Good timing on this discussion, as I'm about to jump into fender mounting myself, and prefer what you did, Wayne, over any other method I have seen!!

Fenders is the only thing I have left. Planning to spend the whole weekend working on them. One thing to watch out for: the SEM adhesive requires a special dispenser gun, which is ~$100. By a lucky coincidence, I have ran into a guy on Monday, who happened to have one to let me borrow it.

For piece of mind after the SEM adhesive drys a couple of 4" wide pieces of glass won't hurt.. It would make me feel better doing it.. Better safe then sorry..
