I got my kit last June and got the rolling chassis done and have been waiting on the new US body work. It is built on a 1997 donor with the LSD and I built a turbo system for it. I got the body last week before the SCCA Majors at Road Atlanta and was able to fit the nose and finally build the rest of the intercooler pipes. The wheels were supposed to be the same color as the body but that didn't quite work out. The wheels are coming off and will be powdercoated the same as the IC pipes and body. I'm running a MicroSquirt ECU, 550cc injectors, Garrett GT2860 turbo and should be a lot of fun.

Nice looking build! What color is your frame? I cant tell if its silver or grey.

The panels are RAL 2005 Luminous Orange, the frame is Pacific silver from Prismatic powders. Once I got the nose on, there wasn't room to put the intecooler tubes around the ends of the frame so I had to go over the top of the radiator. I took the intercooler and welded the end outlets closed and welded the inlet and outlet pointing up. The bulge in the middle of the hood has just enough room to fit them through. I'm down to running the fuel lines, wiring and putting up on my dyno.

I'm thestigwins on FFR forum. I lurked there for a few years contemplating an 818 build. I'm planning to run my intercooler pipes over the radiator as well. I'll look into an intercooler with the charge pipes facing up.

I built the complete exhaust, 3" down pipe into 2.5" to the tail.









I thought there was too much orange so I did a metallic graphite stripe
