Thanks Jon
Do you think it's too old looking being 2 tone was thinking about painting whole thing orange. Members thoughts please
On another note have bought a 50 watt solar panel to stick on front bonnet it's flexible and only 2mm.
This will charge 12 volt battery as well as dc to dc from main pack.
Have come up with a novel idea for heating eBay selling heated seat covers only draw 35 watts each.
So have been tweaking panels to get bonnet true tomorrow will cut holes and bolt in catches, then bolt rear panel in and mount rear bonnet.
Have bought LED daytime running lights in a 170mm strip plan to stick on front mud guards.
Cheers for now Conrad

I think Sonic's are much better two-tone (......but maybe I'm biased! ). Only single colour one I've seen is on this thread link, and it just doesn't quite look "right" to me. The second colour helps define the body shape for me - particularly the infill bits at the front and back of the side panels. Loving the car btw! Martin

I think you are right and the director of finance agrees.
Thanks for the comments got the rear panel in fits good had to slip a sheet of 2mm lexan each side to space the sides out so the rear bonnet fits better.
What did everyone do for rubber seals around bonnets to stop rattles?
Cheers Conrad

What did everyone do for rubber seals around bonnets to stop rattles? Cheers Conrad I found 'P' section, rubber sticky back draft excluder works well (commercial grade) plus 4~6, '1'inch sections of rubber trim edging around the bonnet. Location depends on how your bonnet is hinged/attached. nigel
