I have been traveling for the past 2.5 weeks. I'm home this weekend and here is the to do list:
1) Get the pig running 2) Get the pig running 3) Get the pig running 4) Get the pig running

So the old motor started having issues with hard starts, and from time to time popped a random misfire cyl 3. I was under the assumption that it was due to a stuck thermostat that I found that caused it to overheat(regardless of what the temp gauge read on the dash).
So as we all know the new motor won't start. I have spark at all 4, compression (180 on all cyl), and what appears to be some fuel. I say that because cyl 1 and 2 the plugs are burnt and wet, cyl 3 and 4 are dry and clean. I swapped the injectors thinking it could be that, didn't change anything. I've narrowed it down to:
Fuel pump: Tested fuel pressure and it reads 50psi (instead of 60). Would this be good reason why cyl 3 and 4 don't get fuel? This also might be good reason why my previous motor had issues, perhaps it was running lean? I've ordered a new pump, just am looking for a sanity check.
CAS Sensor: I've replaced the Crank Sensor, the only other thing it could be is the CAS sensor.

What voltage are you getting at the fuel pump? Think it's the thick gauge red wire with the blue stripe. Fuel pump is one of those things that works or doesn't. Unless it's clogged with rust or gunk from the tank, even with lighter than stock fuel pressure the motor will stumble and show signs of life. Maybe even run on two Cylinders.
CAS is another one of those things that works or doesn't.
I'm not familiar with the MS honestly but something you can try just to get the engine to start is plug the stock ecu back in and see if it fires up. It'll just throw a CEL for the sensors that are missing but the motor will still run.
One other suggestion is to make sure you got your coil plugs hooked up to the correct coil. The connector with the blue tape on the end goes on the coil towards the passenger side.

If 3 & 4 are both dry after switching injectors, then it sounds like an electrical issue, either the CAS (kind of doubtful since 1&2 are working), wiring, or ECU.

SHE RUNS! The problem is that I'm not sure what I did. I pulled the trigger wheel off to make sure it was on correct, and it was. I then cleaned all grounds (again). Installed the OEM intake with MAF sensor. Then she fired right up. Tomorrow I'm going to remove one item at a time to see if I can figure it out.

Moved the headlights back and replaced them with knock-off Rigid lights: Thinking about teaming up with a local 3D printing guy to create a headlight, turnsignal combo. More to come on that later.

Probably so dang happy it's running, maybe you didn't pursue that further...

Congrats on getting it going! Are the new lights working better than old?

Congrats on getting things going! How is the light quality with the new lights? I know you were a little unhappy with the dominators?

What was wrong with the dominators? I was thinking about ordering those as the cheapest solution as I don't plant to drive too much in the dark.

Steadfast, if ashneyder doesn't take you up on the offer, I'd be interested.

PM's replied, I'll let everyone know. The dominators are good for inspection, which is why I bought them. They served their purpose. Now the knock off ridged lights are fantastic. I'll post pictures a little later.
