Saferacer sells a kit for spec miatas.... I've put in the floor one and will do the trans tunnel when I get time.. floor one seems to work fine but may not be pretty enough ...

Seems like a decent material to rest your arm on/leg against (is it for the center tunnel?). I would install it so it can be removed fairly easily once it wears out.

That will be a nice finish touch for the tunnel and rear bulkhead..I would cut to size then have a shop sew
a beading around the edge. Maybe sew it on to some thin insulated blanket.. Then held on with a couple of black snaps..

Not road legal yet, one more step. That is the BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). This is the most important part. I need my bodywork to complete this part. Hoping it ships this week.

That's one thing I am worried about. No doubt mine will have a CEL, since none of the emissions stuff exists, including the first cat.
My plan is to disable the light. I will hide the OBD2 port just in case.

I will hide the OBD2 port just in case. Yeah, I'm planning on the same thing. They don't have any need to use the OBDII port. I will just ziptie it out of the way and pull the light. I find it funny that the evap crap is causing a random misfire code (P0300). The car runs perfect. I am putting on a LC-1 this weekend, just to make sure it isn't causing me to run rich. |

Hmmmm, there should be one. Once you remove the dash from the donor, on the back side is another harness which includes the OBDII port.
