So what were John an I up to with our cars after passing IVA? Well on 12th August we met up at Lasham airfield in Hampshire along with Adam Wilkins from Complete Kit Car. Both cars will feature in Complete Kit Car magazine over the next two months. The October issue that is out tomorrow features the build process over six pages whilst the November issue which is on sale from Friday 16th October features the finished cars in all their glory. Ye i seen that pic before, I will be redesigning the body completely. Also I'm sticking a v8 engine from a ls400 this year. I haven't iva my car, will a different engine cause issues at iva? Will I still get an age related plate?

Depends on the other bits, if the engine is new or reconditioned as new you'll be ok, otherwise Q. Might be easier to Iva first.
