Was busting to get some titanium on this kit car somewhere with my background in aerospace. My titanium rad brackets alongside the template I made today

Got a wee bit done today. I did not like the way a lot of fellow builders have mounted the radiator. I wanted to use the original mounting holes. Slot cut out Now spacer ready to be welded Lower brackets added

You might want to drop a spacer between the mounting tabs on raditor for that lower bolt.. Like your detailed workmanship..

Yes George there is a spacer for it. It all needs stripped for powdercoating so have not used washers, spacers yet

Even when its snowing and far to cold to go out to the garage the exocet build must continue In the lounge the straightened seat rails were put back on In the kitchen a new lower boot and nylon bush put on to the gearstick old boot was like me knackered

Wee update. Cut the rear panel and flip what a back breaking job this was.Took me 4 hours to get it to fit but thank goodness i made a template Then I tackled the rear fuel cover panel and made my first major balls up. Gonna put it down as to much drink last night Drivers side perfect I cut the passenger side first then realised what a donkey i am Was ripping and then my mate called round and asked why i had left such a large gap. I simply said it was to fit your hand into so that the panel could easily be lifted off. Might order a new one tho

Yes deffo let me know and I will also be bringing mine to mondello later in the year. Andy has been a bit quiet lately but I dont think he has a huge amount to do. He has the wiring loom etc connected up. I have told him to have his ready for April.
