Struggling to find the correct strong cables for Throttle, Clutch and Handbrake. The main ones I need to source are Throttle and Clutch.
Most cables on eBay are 1.35M or maybe 2 Mtr, need about 2.5-3 mtr really, so I guess its a custom cable maker to do the job for me.

I knew that fitting the arches would be a pain in the arse. It was and I have screwed one arch up. Will be paying for a new wing and will pay RTR to fit both. Hated it on my first build, shagged it up on this build. Line drawn, moving on.

A bit more done today, after a dissapointing fitment of the front arch, I decided to set the camber to 0 and fit the Locknuts, this was quite a big job really, 27mm nut took a lot of winding and trial fitting to get my angle gauge to read 90 degrees. Have also straightened up the steering, taking more off the rack. All the brakes at the front are finally plumbed in, all those little connectors to get 3/8 UNF to 1/8 BSP to 10mm :-) All coolant pipes run and ready for fluid, just ordered a rear Banjo Bolt 10mm x 1.25 and 24mm long to accomodate the larger banjo fitting. Once fitted I can bleed the brakes. I fitted the brake pads and fitted the wheel arch support bars (Will pay RTR to professionally fit my arches) Next job will be to source cables, still not 100% sure where to go,but will check the boat place Will told me about for cables. Will be looking at fitting the Kliktronic bracket and getting the Exup unit and fuel pump mounted along with the Coils and plug leads. The wheel arches look great, this was before a totally screwed the nearest one up :-)

Had a bit more luck lastnight, managed to get the Kliktronic unit mounted and hooked it up to my spare battery, it works :-) Just got to decide whether to go with manual or electronic shift for the test. Have a custom bracket now for manual shifter and gear stick and knob. Will be making this fit over the next few weeks, 24mm Banjo Bolt arrived today, so I can now get those brakes bled. I think once that is done, I will feel much better and may crack on with extending my loom. In the process of ordering custom cables for Throttle etc. Hugger back from paint, colour seems to be Kawasaki Green, hmmmm not the same as the rest of the body, however because its at the back, and nothing else is green back there, might be okay. Wish people would just do what I paid them to do :-) Got some strips to mount the can, so once that is on, I can tighten up the front exhaust bolts.

Spoke to Venhill yesterday, I will get my Clutch and Throttle cable initially from them, then get the handbrake cable from HiSpec along with that SVA caliper from them, then will probably get a choke cable from Venhill as this is a standard R1 cable both ends just made longer, and finally will probably buy one of the KitCar Green super strong gear shift cables for my manual shifter system if it looks like the Kliktronic may not be up to the job. And the only other cable needed will be for the reverse unit to engage the motor to the chain. Not needed for a long while, will use another super strong gear shift cable for that.

Got the brakes bled today, after my first attempt on my first build, was kind of dreading it, but apart from 1 leak at the front right (driver side) brass union connection, it has bled up, I will remove the coolant pipes at the front to see if I can rectify the leak. Hope its just the 3/8th connector not tight enough. All other (self made) pipes have performed very well it seems.

I suspect with the fact that all my brake fluid for the front brakes is now all over the floor of the trike, may sugest that the braided hose I used (Second hand as such) may have perished. Would this be a problem do you think? The pipework may have been coiled up for maybe 5-10 years.
I bled the brakes on Saturday and had some braking pressure on the front and rear, but over the weekend the brake fluid in a separate pot to the rear seems to have drained all over the floor. I cannot see or feel an obvious point of this, I have ordred another length of new braided hose for the internal fitting to brass union, I also had a leak on this, I hope this is just down to it needing nipping up.
Does anyone this this is a credible situation with my braided hose? That it may have persihed?
Hope to be on with the front brakes again this weekend to eliminate this...

Just sent my cables off to Venhill to get custom made Clutch, Throttle and Clutch cables made. Have ordered a new piece of braided hose to eliminate any issue with a perished hose. Finally I will take the front cooling system out of the way, to get a proper look at the offending leakyness.
