A session with plenty of abrasives and polishing compound gets the edge of the screen lovely and smooth on the edges with a nice radius.

Whole thing continues to look brilliant. The dash is great. Full of clobber. With using the donor binnacle ours looks a bit minimal compared. Maybe something to look at after we get it fully on the road.

Has something happened to your last post Marmot0? It was brilliant advice about registration. I hope you didn't misunderstand my reply. You said 'thanks' at the end and I wanted to say that no, all thanks should go to you. All your advice has been brilliant on all the threads you've participated in.

Please could someone help with Registration? I can't work out whether to apply using a V55/4 or a V55/5. Also bit scared of making a mistake on 'Manufacturer' is that me - with Make being MEV and Model being Replicar? Is it a 'Petrol Car' or a Private Light Goods. Should I send £230 for 12 months tax or try and work out something from the emissions? Sorry guys - any help VERY welcome.

Hmm your tyres look exactly what we're looking for but for 14 inch rim (hence the room for the larger size) shame. Coulda had a sale.

Good info. We're just about to get some bigger boots too. Let us know what you think to your choice. I need to save up some cash first

Hi Spudman. Water jet would be the best way for a permanent solution. We are now going to put bigger tyres on which will solve the problem so we will take out our temporary spacers and the lights will still be at 350mm. If we need to adjust the speedo then so be it.
Hi R2S. Mmm it's that trade off isn't it. Do you test with big wheels that bring up the rear end but maybe fail on speedo accuracy. Adjustable shocks might help. Thanks for the congrats guys. Good luck.
