Hi Paul, car builder solutions sell the sticker. I just put mine on the front of the reservoir where it is visible. I will try & get the link.

well gents, I've finally sorted the wheel wings after all the anticipation of getting them wrong lol. I made a jig to ensure I got them all the same and it really helped me so I thought I wold share it if any one else is struggling. I used a piece of black plastic and drilled holes for wheel studs to go through then put all the measurements on it. 2014 accord sport 0 60I then placed it on the hub and used a spirit level to ensure it was level, then I offered the wing up and I have made my rear edge of the wing 75 - 100mm above centre. it worked a treat.

Yes mate. I asked the question to the iva technical team, because the lid of the reservoir is not smooth. They said it's no problem. I will try & find the email, in the mean time, any other iva questions, send an email to : approvals.technical@dvsa.gov.uk
They do not always reply the same day, but you know that the information is guaranteed to be spot on, as these guys write the rules.
I am loving your build, that colour scheme kicks but. Take it you are a McLaren fan ? 😂 I have to confess, I stole your one piece bulk head idea ! It's so much better.

"An indelible label must be affixed in a visible position within 100 mm of the filling ports of the fluid reservoirs to ensure that it is
possible for the end user of the vehicle to identify the brake fluid used in braking system. DOT fluid references and/or the Symbols and text in Table 1 are considered acceptable."
The table say DOT 4, so I think if it says DOT 4 on the cap your golden.

Lots of Exocets have passed with no sticker as its written on the cap. However for £1.20 its a no brainer to get the one Jason mentions.

Nottingham IVA also has a cupboard full of little bits like that. He will try to help you out rather than fail the car on something daft.
He thought my sticker was missing so got one out of his spares before he realised I had one but he had just missed it.

I have had another day of what if?? I have fitted the LED lights to the wheel wings but could not decide which is best way to keep the wire and back side of fitting safe. so I decided to cover the inside of the fitting with some thin Perspex and PU adessive, my only issue is that if any of the LED's blow its going to be a nightmare to change them. starting to think it would have been a better idea to not have the lights in the wings I know they are waterproof but they will not stand the abuse they will get under the wheel without some protection im sure of that.

gents, ladies
im really pleased with how the wings have turned out they are now glued in place and wired. the jig I built has worked a treat if I do say so myself lol. looking forward to the next part which is the rear tunnel to cover the handbrake cables then to the side pods.
I will post pics soon so u can see the progress
