Each bit added gives a boast especially after fighting with some of them. Steering wheel on and steering all working nicely after de-powering the rack.

Hi. Yes I am going flexi throughout. I got the kit from Freak parts. Cheers that would really help! I asked the IVA via email and they said they would have to see it and when they did they said absolutely fine I have put a few pics bellow to show you mine that passed iva. This looks like a sensible plan especially as the wishbones are already being modified for the banana brackets. Cheers!

Not posted for a while but have been very busy. I got frustrated with the supplied panels and decided to design my own. This is not easy as the planes and angles are all complex with few points of reference to go from. In the end I had to simplify the tunnel design to a single angled plane on the passenger side rather than the two on the supplied panel and also extend the width at the rear but this will all get covered with an infill piece. I also decided the enclose the handbrake assembly and have this meet the tunnel. The powder coated aluminium panels will come in a few weeks so fingers crossed they actually fit?!

Whilst busy with Solidworks thought I would make a bespoke wiring tray to meet the angle tubes on the side of the chassis and also go a bit deeper than standard. And just for kicks a custom steering column cover as well!

Impressed with your use of Solidworks, planning to get my tray created by the metal benders at work tomorrow once I have tweaked my cardboard template after fitting the firewall last night, but noticed you have angled in the leading edge.
I do not believe that the MEV tray has this - is this advisable for IVA and the sharp edges concerns?

I do not believe that the MEV tray has this - is this advisable for IVA and the sharp edges concerns? I did the angle so that from the side it follows the shape of the triangulation on the chassis. It should be ok for Iva as the external bend rad will be minimum 2.5mm
