Front wing stay, did a trial fitment, looks like the front hub will need to come off again and grind out some of the metal to gain clearance for the corner of the angle iron

Hi Tim, the MX5 vacuum hose to the servo has a one way valve in it. Don't know why but I prosume they put it in for a purpose so you may want to consider putting it back on. They call it a check valve. Only noticed as Julies brakes were poor as I had put the pipe on the wrong way around! Still passed IVA which seems bizzare but the car is light enough to pass without servo assistance.

With a new job and summer, its been a while... Installed old master cylinder servo hose, as suggested by Stuart (above). Joseph installed the radiator with my powder coated brackets (in hindsight could have made the bracket offset lift the radiator by 20-30mm to be closer to the top of the underside of the nose cone (maybe an upgrade especially if we can get a more compact radiator). Remove the foam stuck on the bottom. Might try and square up the top bracket a little better? The reason for the comment regarding lifting the radiator, the underside is roughly about the same level as the underside of the sub-frame.

The top samco radiator hose is a little to long, but was easy to modify. With new e-bay seats, bought just for the runners finally back home, stripped, and advertised back on e-bay (fingers crossed I will easily get my money back). Stripped off seat runners and the assembly I need Plan to take into work and straighten the floor pan mountings (they have a 20-30 degree bend), and then decide on how to mount to the fiberglass seats. Anybody got any good seat pictures?

K&N Typhoon air filter kit partially installed. Problem is, the coolant expansion bottle needs a new home now...so looking for a new mounting point (or what may resort in a new plastic bottle). Then started fitting the fuel filler pipe so that we can get the rear tank cover installed. Lots of the wiring harness now in place, but in need of some experience...slow starting to hit road blocks...anyone fancy an afternoon of fun in south warwickshire?

Tim, where did you get your intake pipe from? I'm looking for something similar for the MX5 as the intake goes up to the exhaust and as I've removed the headlight, something to postition it over there would be better

Hi,
I haven't sorted the pipe yet, it just mocked up. The K&N Typhoon kit was from e-bay.
