So there are a few options for the intake on the j32 conversion. You can send your intake manifold to super fast miatas and they will modify it a few different ways for $350. Below is a picture of one of the ways they modify the intake. After seeing the intake manifold flipped 180* on a S2000 for more of a LSx look I decided I wanted it that way instead. I couldn't really find a good write up on flipping the manifold. I figured I could figure it out without much issue. First I pulled the manifold off discovered that the heads are the same on both sides. The Right side head has an EGR port towards the front of the engine. Right side Left side So all that needs to be done is block the EGR port on the manifold and switch the manifold base. Everything lines up perfect. Also the connectors that run to the throttle body will need to be extended and ran to the front of the engine. All of the wiring runs on the outside of the engine. After looking at the intake manifold I thought I should tuck all the Wiring under the manifold. This is the channel under the manifold With the manifold mount (no fuel rails). Let the wire tuck begin! That's as far as I got today. Should get it finished up tomorrow. I have a month or so before my Chasis shows up. Have lots to do before then.

Awesome! I don't want to get too far ahead but what are you planning on for ECU?

I plan to use 99 Acura CL Ecu with a AEM piggy back. I'll see how my funds are doing when I get to that point and may just run a AEM EMS series 2

You have to do piggyback to pass emissions, don't you? A standalone won't pass the OBD-II tests.

What emissions? In Washington emissions is not required on a vehicle newer than 2009. Since my Exocet will be registered as a 2016 model it will be good. Also my zip code doesn't require emissions!

Got the harness all tucked up. Ordered some nice flex sleeve to finish it but I think it turned out well. Should be able to run it straight back to the wiring tray.

Got my frame back from powder coating. Decided to go with prismatic powders neon yellow. Super bright. Super awesome! Got the floors and bulkheads installed. Mounted the rear subframe, ppf, transmission too. And also the pedals and upper portion of the steering shaft. My MiniTec kit should get here next week and I'll Be installing the J32 and finishing making it a roller.
