I really like the styling look but I just wonder if by recessing the light cluster that you may have restricted the angle of visibility to an extent that the authority's, when coming to registering, object. nigel

Here in Illinois, the state doesn't care what you do as long as they get their money. The lights are plenty bright to be seen from any angle

The powdercoater is jacking me around. He called me on Saturday to say the frame will be done on Sunday at 3pm. I show up at 3 on Sunday and nobody was there. I call him, no answer. I called him this morning, no answer. I show up at his shop at 3pm today, and nobody there again. I'm not quite sure what to do, I guess I will keep trying. On another note I decided to work on brake/fuel line mounts. I didn't like the idea of a million P-clips drilled into my frame, so i picked up some 3/8"x3/4" aluminum stock. I drilled a few holes to hold the lines, and another hole so I can through bolt it to the frame. now I only have one hole to drill per bracket. Here is a quick rundown of what I did. I started off with two pieces of aluminum I then drilled two 5/16 holes for the fuel lines, and a single 3/16 for the brake. I then flipped it to drill a hole for the bolt Here is is opened up Here is is with a few pieces of scrap tubing so you get the idea That's all the progress for now until I (hopefully) get my frame back.

SEATS! Kirkey Pro Street Drag in 16". These, I can say, are the most comfortable racing seats I have ever sat in, they fit me perfect.

On another not, does Exomotive supply the fuel line, I didn't see it in the shipment. I bought the braided kit but still got a coil of the cunifer line. It was in 2 USPS boxes that were flattened out and taped together. If you are heading to Indy any time soon you can have it.

Wow Mike, you are making quick work of it! I feel like a lazy bum for not getting much of anything done this weekend, but it was just too cold in my detached garage. I was running my torpedo heater and my upper body was getting warm but my feet were still freezing. I have tomorrow off work, so hoping to get some work done on the car since it will be a nit warmer.

I really like how your rear muffler is turning out. I have the Enthuzacar setup in mine, and although it fits nice / sounds good, I'm not crazy about how the 'completely vertical' muffler looks. Yours looks MUCH cleaner!!
