Got the stainless line ran for the accusump since the longer hose I needed showed up. Fixing and tidying a few minor things under the car, then it's time to set race ride height and get it aligned. Oil block out to accusump and mech. gauge.

It's a V8R/kevko aluminium pan, and an improved racing oil block.

Finished some large hand-formed canard prototypes today for the front bumper. Have a sheet of ABS on the way and I'm going to transfer the protos into working pieces. Excited.

I'm interested in your aero work. Been thinking about that too, although we have a lot to do before aero. After seeing the old formula cars run at a vintage rack, I was wondering if wheel fairings at the end of a wing might do some good both for downforce and CD. Something like a Formula E nose/wing/fairing (but skip the nose). stefanontech.weebly.com/formula-e/formula-e-aeroIn the end, it's a little like trying to improve the aerodynamics of a brick.

I've actually sought out some used formula E parts but they're WAY out of my price range. Got on my feet some today, still very sore from ACL surgery and can't stand for long. Enough time for me to upgrade half the factory unknown milage rockers with these sweet bronze bushes. Should go a long way for reliability, as the stock ones are known to fail/walk out/spit needles through your engine. The factory left bank The new pieces One rocker done The special tools to press out the old and seat the new (I've done many sets of these rockers) Left bank complete. All the standing I could handle today, since I'm basically putting all my weight on one foot and that isn't fun.

Uncle sam was kind to us this year, so finally had the chance to upgrade my 10+ year old dying craftsman box for a real box. Will finally have space to organize my tools.

Got out the toe plates and got the car lined up for the first race in two weeks. Fit the rubber. Not much to do but drive it.

Got out the DA buffer and put some work into the trunk cover, looking show quality now. One day I'll get around to doing the front, I'm extra lazy when it comes to showy stuff. V34 hybrid compound on an orange pad V36 Cutting polish on an orange pad Finished with V38 optical polish on a black pad
