if you wanted, you could mould a brake cooling duct into the fender mounting panel too. That would also help stiffen it up.

That would also help stiffen it up. air intakes for cooling I have not done it on purpose.You seen in the picture,a wing that protrudes most of the other ,this produces a significant entry of air for brake.Anyway, now I have the right shape, whether You'll need to change will not be more difficult now.Now I do the original shape of the wings and I ended up with this  |

Well timing and a sheet of paper did the job!
5kg for the alternator, I'm afraid I couldn't find the bracket. It was a spare so may have dumped it already.
If it helps it was cast aluminium...

Waiting to receive the pieces back,I found the low quality of the water pump.....two out of three threads are very wrong. I finally took a piece of titanium and had to do even this piece I bought an original water pump ford so that it is all right but uselessly....    |
