Finished off prepping rear bulkhead with tunnel going straight through as I'm not planning on having anything behind the seats but that may change as we all no things do. Again thanking kiwi for the cleco idea really if you don't have these in your workshop seriously they are a fantastic tool.

So today she went to MK MOTORSPORT for engine cradle fitting and engine trial fit. Unfortunately it looks like I can't fit a freelander diff in so gona have to go down the very expensive chain driven quaife rear diff but bonus is there lifetime guarantee and a lot smoother running.
Hopefully electrics are getting a look at too I no it's cheating but will be a huge step forward in the build.

Picked up some more wheels too like the colour may just freshen then up with a good respray and lacquer. Looking at putting 205 TYRES on the back for grip and 195 on front so as to not make steering to heav .

Your build is looking great. With the coolant tubes that run down the centre of the car, I covered them with a mountain bike tyre inner tube. It allows less heat through the centre tunnel.

Richo I like that idea as I'm not sure how much heat comes off the tubes,I no a couple of builds have vented the tunnel to aid the heat to escape.

I fully insulated my pipes with a glass wool type of product inside a sub-tunnel, cool as.

Like Mr Kiwi, I used glass wool but just on possible heat sensitive areas near brake lines and electrics. I just cut up a fire blanket, only $10.

All helps out I'll look at a few options as its a bit tight for space in the tunnel.
