Can I ask if you bought the full kit or the Economy 7 type starter kit?

the only option available was the full kit from mev.£6300 delivered on 1st sept 09 wheels were bought ourselves £500 engine driveshafts etc from the ford centre on ebay.£1200 for st170 focus conversion kit.
just installing engine now .but need to modify engine chassis mounts.silly me thought it would drop in no problem.no chance.

forgot to mention the reason i couldnt post pictures is that the information in the post pictures section appears to be wrong.
it says right click "direct link" but it should be" img code" anyway i can now get it to work.hope this helps someone.

The sump should sit level, yours seems to be at an angle.

i think its caused by the fact i moved my engine back maybe too far so now the lower tie bar holds it in this position.if i moved it forward a bit more the sump would sit level.looking from above however the engine sits staight and level you wouldnt suspect anything is wrong unless you look at the sump angle.to be honest i cant be bothered moving it.everyone who has had a look thinks its ok.the picture angle is making it worse.if i made a shorter/longer tie bar say 10mm the sump would sit level and the engine would lean forwards.my main concern now is getting the wiring sorted.i will look at a focus st170 just to see what it looks like.its easy to fix if i could be bothered.

It may be an idea to level the sump, not sure where the oil pickup is, but if its on the high side there could be problems with oil pick and that would cause you big problems.
Just a thought
