The included radiator mounts work best with an NA radiator, good choice. Replacement NB radiators often have side brackets too, and can frequently be mounted like NA radiators, but if you're buying a replacement, you're definitely better speccing an NA no matter your donor year.

I've started to look at wheels, I really want the flat black Holeshots, but everyone has them on back order. Kevin said it will be 2-3 months before they see any, they have the black chrome and I say them when I got my chassis but its not for me. My next choice is the XXR 527, 15x8.25 et 0 in flat black. There are not alot of choices and I don't want to run a spacer. Here they are, what do you guys think?

Personally, I like the look based on having the spokes meet the outer rim closer to the outside surface of the wheel (man, I hope that makes sense!) vs. the Holeshots. That said, are you looking to still run 205 width tires on these to still work with the Exo fenders? I know the 8" wide Holeshots are a bit beyond the recommended wheel width for 205mm wide tires. These 8.25" wide wheels stretches that even a bit more. Or, do the Exo fenders allow for a bit wider than 205mm wide tires these days

Not a fan of black wheels but I like the design!

I think the new fenders will take up to a 225, not 100% though. I already have a set of Rivals in 205, so these might be a stretch for a 8.25" wheel, I'll look into that. These are going for $399 shipped so you cant beat it, they are a few pounds heavier than the Holeshots though. I'll see how cheap my powder coated can coat a set if I decide to go with the Holeshots.
I want to keep the orange and black theme going so I want the flat black ones.

What about plastidiping the rims? You could get the holeshots in any color and just spray them flat black. It works great, lasts a long time, and will give you that flat black look you want. Also you should not powder coat aluminum alloy rims. The heat can weaken the wheels. The hole shots seem to be weighing in at 14.4 pounds. That's what mine weighed in at and others got the same result.

Just wait for the wheels you really want. What's the harm in running stock wheels for a short time?

My stockers look terrible lol, the metal is all pitted and I'm not sure they will clear my calipers yet.
Plastidip is def an option too. I like the deep lip on the holeshots but at the same time it seems everyone is going to have them on their cars.

No argument about how common place the Holeshots are becoming. If I find another 0+ wheel I like, mine will be gone.

I spent a fair amount of time looking for an acceptable wheel. 4x100 +0 is an odd ball size. Everything else I found was either Ugly, Heavy, or Expensive. Some of them fit more than one category.

I'm 100% with ImprobableConstruct. You can find my posts on the topic on the GRM thread. Even though Traklite lies about their wheel weights, I believe they're still the best bang for the buck in terms of weight and cost. I got my set for under $500 shipped. I also wanted flat black, and discussed it with several ppl who told me never to buy flat black wheels because plasti-dip is so easy. Get some other interesting color like bronze. That way you can go back and forth between that color and dip black.

No one will be able to buy black Holeshots for a while. They have been out of the black since October and as of today (spoke with them directly) they have no plans in the near future of placing another order for black until they move through the inventory of other colors first. Been trying to get my hands on them for a while now as when I ordered mine, they were at the end of the batch and I was stuck with only 3 wheels.

I got the NB radiator mounted, I made some brackets out of 1/2" AL, it is very solid now. I used the brackets from Exocet and trimmed the lower ones to length. Just need some hose clamps now, I did have to trim both ends of the upper hose to get it to fit nicely.

Nice. I was working on my radiator mounts tonight as well. The top mounted up just fine. The bottom not so much. The mounting hole on the NA mishimoto is about 2 inches below the Exomotive mount. I am going to have to make a bracket somewhat like yours to get it to work. I will post pictures in my thread when I get it worked out.

I didn't know how high to mount it, I looked at pics of FM's and Exomotives and tried to make it the same.
