To build up the front of the car.....
Rad in position, needed a bit of adjusting/cushioning, so made use of the offcut from the coolant pipes.
Not sure about the rad position as its very tight , even though the rad has been moved 50mm to the front.
Front grill in positioned, used 6mm stainless mesh, anybody have any thoughts on airflow, now the bottom if covered in??

I sourced my coolant pipes from JS performance in Lincoln
www.jsperformance.co.uk/
These guys are amazing, I had a quote from ASH of nearly £200 as I wanted the bright green. These guys did them all for £100. They also left them oversized so that I could cut down to the length required.
Very tight on the fan housing, need to trim the housing a little to fit the bulkhead neatly.

Where is the air going to go once its through the rad/fan? It looks like there is no escape for it, which will surely hinder your cooling?

Bulkhead fitted by the coolant pipes are incredibly tight, need to have a rethink We always fit the fan in front of the radiator which gives room for the coolant pipes. By blocking off the floor, you will find that most of the heat from the rad will come under the bonnet and toast your legs which is lovely on a typical British day. Fabulous looking build though, can't wait to see it here at RTR :-)

I was uncertain about the floor to was a bit of a sheep, at least it can be easily removed if not needed.

Decided to go for something a little different with my tunnel, heard a lot of discussions regarding the short bit been at the front or the back. So decided to have a full height section at the front that will be fixed in place. This will house my dash2 and the necessary buttons. I am also hoping to line this out to create a glove box type arrangement that is accessible from under the bonnet. I need some place to store my handbag!!!!!
What do you think??

Standard wrap in carbon, its real honest!!!, with the holes cut ready to accept dash2
You will notice the holes around 150mm higher, these are for a couple of angles that will hold the base of my glove box
