I did the maths mate, it wasn't as much detail as that. But similar, do have a pair of oil coolers to increase oil volume, and add to cooling effect. Deano gave me some good news about his car on idle.

I have a different mentality to this... and thats just test in the real world. If i describe my cars setup to most established tuners.. the words WTF (abbr) usually appear in the sentence. However, IT WORKS.. and always has. If a recipe is successful, yet makes not much sense to others, stick with it. According to the calculations ( and ive done them).. mine wont work. I do however, calculate my electrics.. Drive it, and test

I do no insight thought work as I'm not intelligent enough. :-) I think I do the opposite although I don't think it's because I'm intelligent. damn there I go again thinking I think. In fact, quite clearly, I think I think too much. Could this be why I am still building I think I'd be better off in the garage right now.

Yep all sounds reasonable with the oil coolers as well and I agree just gotta try it in real as the "calculations" here are gonna be a rough guide at best will be interesting to see what happens

primed some parts last night, took the swirl pot, pumps, filters, fuel rail and mock up FPR to mendahose, and sat for half an hour with it sat on the bench talking about our best option. Important job NUMBER 1. Is to send the PTFE braided hose spec sheet to IVA for confirmation. It feckin should be at £50 per meter. more tomorrow..

Another mock up of the engine done today, needed everything in place to route the fuel kit to send it all away for crimping. Mendahose have given me all the kit to ensure the angles are set perfect. They are all well interested when I take the system in, I very highly recommend them. There is the turbosmart fpr800 , a little excessive on price but the dogs danglies, this was just borrowed off of a nice skyline James is working on.

Here is the platform I've made which will mount the pumping system. It will be solid mounted onto a dampened platform behind the drivers seat. There is no place for it to leak as its a sealed system. I couldn't find anything to mount the plate on locally, so I cut up a forge silicone hose, seeing as I have loads. Will do the job nicely. On the bench at mendahose. See the sytec filter is solid mounted to the swirl pot. That gets the business end of the 044 pump as close as possible to the pot, for space conservation. Gone for a banjo setup, again for the space issue. The hoses I left with to set up correctly for manufacture completion. The hose core is spectacular compared to the rubber $hite CBS sell with a cert. Its even anti static. Proper racing gear. Just on the kitchen counter.
