Got this delivered today at last, 9" 11 blade Blow Pacet Profan. I went for the top dog in the range just because I only have the mini radiator. Quite nice as far as fans go. a bit pricey mind. figures look good.. www.pacet.co.uk/profanpacets.php

just been reading info about it, if I were to be buying the exact same unit in NZ
Two options re a 9-inch Pacet fan.
Profan Assemblies is $397.78 plus GST or Profan Kit at $567-78 plus GST
You will need to specify whether you require a 'puller' or 'blower' motor.
well I didn't bloody pay that, probably hence rob wanting the filter sending out.
that's 204.79 + their tax.
jesus Christ that's over double

When I was buying I quickly established the Kit In A Box option was going to save a considerable chunk, now you know why.

Paul are you sure your mini radiator is gonna be big enough ? i found this calculator online radiator sizing - not sure if it's applicable but following the calculation on there : you have to have : 2+0.1(vertical flow)+0.1(double core is it double core ?)+0.2(fan less than 90% of min dimension of radiator)= 2.4 cubic inches of core for every cubic inch of engine. 2.0 litres = 122 cubic inches so you need 122 x 2.4 = 292 cubic inches of core dimension from web are approx 11 x 11 x 1.75 = 220 cubic inches of radiator are you using the standard rad or a fancy alu made one it maybe this calculator is not right but it maybe worth checking this somehow especially with turbo high revving spec it's gonna get v hot, knowing you Paul i suspect you have worked all this out so sorry if I have missed this and would be interested anyway to see your figures presumably the oil cooler will help all the best

also my mini was always overheating but that was probably partly die to radiator being parallel to the natural airflow

Jack I see ur concerns mine sat for 35 minits idle with front end in garage with no air flow through rad cooling fan keep cutting in at 102° and going back down to 96 ° cut back out, lost count how many times will not now how it re acts on the road untill padle shift is done but hoping the duckted front end works as good as planned

Following that link would you not subtract 0.3 as I'd claim this was a large engine in a small car. Also subtract .2 for fan shroud and .2 for temps less than 32c (let's be realistic in GB) and that takes it down to 1.7 x 122 = 207.4 so that rad should be fine if the equation holds true...
