I meant the solid brackets for the ally pipe, I have designed some of my own, they will hold the ali pipes and the copper lines and, hopefully, allow wiring to pass through as well. Dam tight for space though. Going to have them water cut.

Paul: Oh right those ones, ok if you can't get any let me know and I'll see if I have any spare lying around! Kiwicanfly: I believe with the T bolt clamp, lock washers and locknuts I have a good seal but if you can I would suggest getting the pipes beaded if you can. On my pipes which did have a bead, it does look like a better seal. I have not run the engine that much but once I did the modification to the clamps no leaks so far! For the radiator clamps I am using the Norma jubilee clips and they seem to be ok! I would atleast put two clamps per hose if possible though Take it as I can't get any, if you have a couple I'll take them off your hands. Im sick of looking, between those and the banjos im sick of it.

What did I say last time? Can't bloody remember.. It's not an issue, it amused me at the time and I re-edited my post as, after all, it had been a case of over excessive skyting on my part

ok, been away for a few weeks so no work donem doesnt mean i cant spend more stupid amounts of money on more eye porn.. new high capacity alternator was stripped and sent off to relevant places.. same for the starter.. here is the end result.. pretty F-ing sweet i think.. all cut pipes were taken to ASH for the ends doing, also got 3 x bags of 10 T-bar clamps in - 38, 29 & 12mm Headers had another lambda boss welded in place. the split manifold for the 2 cans was closed up on 1 branch, and sleeved to fit the new RSV4 factory exhaust. starterd to mill a new flange to start the SS exhaust to fit to headers. a few more pics to add in a while..

Ensure the cap is tethered to the car, or the key cant be removed from the cap when it's off the car, and attached to the car keys. IVA fail point if not mistaken. It will be a shame to fit an engine cover lol. Looking good mate.

Paul,
Its now 0810 on my clock, and your last post says about an hour ago. What the flock are you doing up at 0700 on a weekend. I have an excuse. Sharon was up at 0530 getting ready for rugby so brats woke me up at 0600. Anyway little brother, im waiting for post to arrive and deliver an air non return valve for my lights, almost £30. Off to Halfords to sort out spark leads too. Then its MOT time.
Nice pics, looks like a good job and you don't get reliability issues.
Whats next mate?
Other Paul
