You've got room for a spare wheel in the front mate with that radiator. or are you going to take my advice and put the snow shovel and chains in there Looking like good progress is being made. Why did you not go for a couple of 45 silicons rather than using the alloy 45? Any chance of a picture from the front showing the seat relative to the centre line? Are you going to coat or wrap your alloy panels or leave them plain?

Still got the battery to get in there today and debating on forming a platform to mount the ecu. But im unsure about having those cable lengths. If I used both silicone 45's the jointing distances wouldn't have worked properly. Panels are being left for now as there is work to be done after iva. I will then powder them black once everything is how it really needs to be

Old skool (do you like how i wrote it all gangsta) rad meant I could do away with a large res/expansion tank and just have a smallish pot. Possibly just use another of the bullet oil breathed bottles.
Wayne, do you mean the 90 angle around the edge? If so yes its so I don't have to drill into it and its a solid seat for the iva cover as mine will also be scooping air in
Black braids for brakes and clutch ordered. Very good price too

Yes, you could do that, although if the filler neck for the rad, is lower than the cylinder head, you will have a bleeding issue. The small bullet breather thingy should give the air somewhere to go, but it would be nice to fill it from there.
Have u seem those expansion tanks with pressure caps? They are Coolant swirl pots. One of those would suffice.

I thought about buying that, decided not to as I hate Buying anything that has a crap picture and very little Description.
How does it look in the flesh Paul.
Is it actually worth buying, it would make things a lot Neater under the bonnet.
