Well I did a little bit, but went to put the release bearing in, I had leant it out to a guy with a 170, on the proviso he replaced it with the same luk item. Its been in the box now for a couple of months and never gave it a second thought, till I came to fitting it today. Not only is it the incorrect bloody item, but its not even the luk one. Im insulted that its been replaced with a shit item, but the wrong shit item. Another day wasted at someone else fault.

At least it's caught before it got in there. Already seen one rocket on here with a bearing/clutch issue. It's a big job to change one small essential part.
It will be in before you know it, well, that's what I tell my wife anyway lol.

I hope your not putting the flywheel on without the rear main seal and carrier. Leaky leaky...

I just did a 1000 mile round trip to rtr to replace my clutch slave cylinder which decided to fail during its iva. It's defo not fun taking the engine back out to do a 30 min job.

yes mate, the box of bits was still in the office, i just started moving things towards the car so everything was in the vicinity. its all on bloody hold now, but i have said to james (whos unit it is), that if he gets bored and has no work in, if he could put it all together ready to drop in when im home next week. if he wants to lower it in then im ok with that, i would like to be there to do it, but time is passing on so quickly

Looks to be lots more room in the bay in front of the manifold than my chassis version.
My lower tube is set back by a few inches.
Looking good though bud, won't be long till its running.
