I think it will be very nice. If you make the bodywork in a brighter tone it will make the frame look darker if that is what you want.

Hey paul, long time no speak. how are you pal? I like that color you gone for. i think it'll look totally different when its on the tubular chassis, I mean even better, you'll prob get more shine and the flakes might stand out more being on the rocket chassis as appose to a flat piece of metal. When you start putting the car together it sorta brings out the color even more and looks different! thats what i think with mine though! So whens it going for powder then?! cant be long now surely?! wayne.

Hi Paul, Nice chassis colour. Very difficult to match it with others but I think you are spot on - it would look very nice against satin/matt black. Do you have a third colour in mind (calipers, harnesses etc) ? what colour are you doing the wheels ? same as the chassis? looking forward to seeing it assembled

flat matt black for the bodywork tobias Bright flat matt black, it's the new thing! Aside from that, it's nice to get the framework visible, for me that's the reason to go for an exo-skeleton car. Don't want to hide it away in same colour as body. Cheers /Tobias

I went and had a look at the Prismatic range after I saw your posts.
I was quite suprised to see variations in colours shown in the sample photos, two items coated in the same colour set by different coaters look different.
I am still keen on their powder but going to be real careful in my selection.

I am still keen on their powder but going to be real careful in my selection. they do some very nice colours, it just seems lighter, my problem is it was ordered for me from the US, with a big import fee too, so its going on the car and ill have to learn to love it. i hope that its used in your neck of the woods and you can see a live sample before you commit.. or will you have to order the powder like me?

I'm going to grab some of the sample pieces before I order.
However I may see what colour I get my anodizing on the throttle bodies and then send a sample for them to match.
I am also going to find out a bit more about what affects the final colour, how much variation you can get within one colour.
Lot of homework on that front but plenty of time yet for me tha way things are moving, or not !
