Hi Scott decided to rip off your design for the exhaust. Bought a universal silencer with twin outlet. Only just fits between drive shaft bearing carrier and the rear tubes on the chassis. I see how you blanked off the twin pipes but when you drilled through the side how did you fit the tube into the internal Y piece? what size pipe did you use for the inlet and how did you decide on the bend angle? cheers mate.

Hi Mark, You have taken on a right job there, I put large hole saw bit straight through the side and Y section, Which was stainless and knackered a couple of bits and then had to be finished with plasma cutter took 4" section from doner pipe with the bolt flange and die grinded hole until that fitted nicely into the Y section,,, cut through 90 % of pipe and bent to get correct angle, then cut a collar from another bit of the doner pipe and grafted over the cut and welded up, and then welded it into Y section through the tail pipe holes, before welding them up, bit of a pain, but worth it, sounds the B******s not easy to explain but give me a ring if you need to,,, Scott
