I reconed this was an issue to confirm the origin of original parts vs cheap chinese clones MVSA wasn't too happy about but I might be wrong on this. Not much done this week. New job takes a lot of time now. Only managed to add all printed receipts in a spreadsheet to see where I spend my money in will have to print the receipts out of my email box now to finish the paperwork. Need to get permission to get a day off at work before booking. br! Erik

Modified the gear change rod. During engine tests and clutch cable adjustmens it showed getting lose too easely which is a disaster waiting to happen. I drilled a hole +M6 perpendicular through the rod and placed a bolt through it clamped to the alu bracket. Luckely I hadn't removed the lever before. Rock steady as we know it Finished the paperwork and ready to make a copy. All receipts, proof of purshase and e-mails regarding the receipts are nicely bundled which could raise value of this tR1ke and could be much easier to sell (when I have become little again ) because all parts are able to show it's origin which really is a topic by itself. For me buying a 2nd hand kitcar would be a nightmare in maintenance without those receipts. That's 650gr paperwork LOL!!

That makes 2 of us, Erik. After a fun ride w/my son over the mtn., it was put away, waiting for another dry day. I took it to show a helpful mechanic, a few days ago & he spotted a coolant leak where it enters the block. A previous owner over tightened the allen bolt & rounded the corners, so the 5mm socket just turned 'round & 'round. A square, tapered easy out didn't do it & I'm waiting for the snap on truck to arrive in town tomorrow to try another tool. It's very crowded in there, so I hope the new tool grabs it so I can unscrew the bloody bolt & replace the o-ring. Hang in there Erik,,,,,

That'll be a challenge At least you had a chance to enjoy her. I haven't driven a single feet on mine LOL!! you may reconsider using a higher tensile bolt in there in case you need to unscrew it again.

Didn't they give you an expected date yet? Sent from my HTC EVO 3D X515m using proboards i just reveiced an email from Paul VOSA has taken payment for my test so a date will be set soon. I thought it would take about 8 weeks. They seem to be very busy at this moment. Just an other "vendor" teaching me the meaning of patience...
