Fantastic pictures as always Steve  I do hope you'll be attending Mondays Racing "Monday will see the car in action for it's first race of the season. It is entered in the Nippon Challenge race which will show how it performs against MR2's, Hyundai's etc." as it would be great to see some first rate pictures of how it looks among other cars on the track. nigel (PS:- do hope Matt can convince you to attend this years AMM) |

8-)Well Boy`s seems like a silly question but why does the race car have 2 seats, is this for the mechanic or doctor?

Now we know why they call you fast Eddie! Good point Ted, we took it out after several people were introduced to extreme Exocet driving, we then stuck the extinguisher in.
Fingers crossed for Monday's race, hope MOG will support if possible.
Even I can't make it as I have a pre booked wedding drive job to do. I can't believe I am missing the first ever Exocet in a race.

I was up there today in the rain. Exocet looked pretty handy, particularly in the second race! Why was it so far behind at the start?

Three very quick edits from Combe today. Horrible weather for driving and photography, so sorry for the poor quality. I'll post some more when I sort them out properly as a nice bottle of Red is calling at the moment.... Race 1 - Qualified 14th, Finished 9th (I think    Race 2 - Grid 9th, Finished 16th (Don't know if there was a mishap on Lap 1 but the car arrived with us at least 30 seconds behind last car, very good drive to get to 16th).  |

Looks like its running the same Gaz Golds as the mx5 racers.
Are the side pods and the side panels (the white/silver things) going to be available as bolt on extas?

Great pictures Steve, many thanks. I did manage to get down to see the racing, what a spectacle. The race had started and the field were all over half a lap ahead as Jonathon joined the track via the pit lane. He had driven his MX5 in the previous race and we frantically strapped him in after he ran across. What a fantastic ahievement to reach so far up the field b4 the chequered flag. Those guys in their fast jap cars were most upset. Brilliant driving!

Hi guys just to let you know that the MEV Exocet will be testing at Brands Hatch in Kent on Thursday 21st July and will qualify at 9am Friday 22nd and race 5:15 pm the same day and will be out racing again on the Saturday 23rd at 6pm. On this occasion it will be driven by Alec Livesley
