OK, the first few kits are now complete and ready to go out at the end of this week. If you have expressed an interest via the thread or pm I have your name and will contact you when your kit is ready with further details. They should start to come through a bit quicker now! Hi Moggers, I have recieved my kit today from Paul ( the joker) and it is fantastic, if you were going to find a normal one at a scrap yard, don't just buy Pauls. I will fit it asap and let you know how that goes but it is just what I was after. Thanks Paul you have done it again. Cheers Ian

Hello just to let everyone know I fitted the gear lever assembly last night with no problem at all. The whole assy fitted straight into the same holes as my old ford unit, I was worried I would need to spend hours setting up the cables in the new positions but they worked in every gear from the mid adjustment points. Well done Paul. However the best bit is the way the gear change now feels which is tighter and more positive, this is what I had wanted so from that point of view its the best. Thanks again Joker top job. Cheers Ian

Fantastic news Ian, glad you like it and thanks for letting us know how the installation went.
I'm hoping that everyone has the same experience but I'm sure that new builders will have to do the initial cable adjustment at the gearbox end as we all did. At least with the mid point positions set on the frame this should be a quick exercise.
If there are any questions about fitment or adjust I'll create a thread in the tech section.
Out of interest Ian, were your cables from the Focus donor?

Hi Paul, just for you infomation the cables were off my 1.8 focus S reg with IB5 gearbox.
As I put the new version alongside my old one I could see the cable brackets were almost bang on in line with my old welded bracket so I knew it would be close before I fitted it.
Cheers Ian

Hi just getting my head around all things Rocket.
I see a lot of people have bought this pedal but I would have thought the pedal box would have had a throttle pedal, kind of an essential bit of kit!
What throttle pedal comes in comes with that box and if the answer is non what is the normal solution outside of this one?

hey joker, just seen this thread and wanted to know if you are still supplying these kits? I ordered your pedal so i already know that your quality is outstanding! if i was to order the full kit would this mean i would not have to any welding? thanks. Wayne.
