Due to a change in circumstances my Mk1 Rocket is now for sale. I brought this as an on going project and have no time to complete it anymore.
The frame was stripped and sprayed in satin blkack and the original donor engine was scrapped as it did not have any history so brought a brand new creat engine (2.0 Zetec from Great British sports cars (receipt included). New clutch also, The body panels are orange and is supplied with a carbon fibre rear spoiler, Race clocks, Team dynamic alloys and brand new Toyo TR1 tires all round. It is currently a rolling body with suspension, brakes (need bleeding), engine and gearbox (MTX-75), steering and partial loom installed, comes with an IB5 gearbox to allow for the linkages to be fitted, hand brake is fitted and working.
Comes with it's own twin axle trailer! (with electric winch) ramps and led lights, wheel clamp and it's been modified to fit in a 10' x 17' garage.
Most bits are supplied to finish it but will need cooling system hoses, cooling header tank, fuel system piping up, loom installed and gearbox swapped over and about 40 man hours to get it done if you are familiar with these cars. It has also had the additional race rollover bar supports welded in and the triple front grill bars fitted. 2 lightweight bucket seats, stainless steel fuel tank and lights are supplied as well. the engine has been spun over but not fired. Have an omex3 ecu if wanted and a throttle body but not sure if it fits as never got round to trying it, comes with "Joker throttle pedal" last of them made!.
I am not looking for silly money as I know the effort needed to get it on the road. I will be listing it on ebay in a week or so but would rather it go to an enthuiast on here 1st.

Priced to sell at £6500, a small deposit secures it with the balance paid by either Paypal or Bank transfer.
