Hi Management,
I have a Rocket on order which is due for delivery October. I think what you are doing to support your brand is superb and would like to come along but have not taken it on board as I have no Rocket as yet. I have a small child so would like to come along on the Saturday (without my son as he is under 10) but bring along my brother and freind who are each looking to each potentially buy a Rocket. Would it be possible for them to test drive the Rocket on the track whilst they are their ?
Keep up the hard work

I assume you've paid your deposit for your Rocket and thus you are effectively a MEV Owner, even though you have not taken delivery of, or built your Rocket. This status gives you not only full access to the Technical Section of the Forum but gives you the same entitlements of any other MEV Owner. I see no problem what so ever in you attending the 1st AMM and bringing both your brother and a friend with you. Just ensure you book and pay accordingly. www.mevowners.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=1amm&action=display&thread=587Riding as a passenger no problem as Mr Mills has already indicated, however with regard to test driving any of the MEV/RTR demonstrators that will be on a case by case bases and must be discussed directly with either Stuart or Paul. the Management

I've just come across this event via Pistonheads.
I have a passing interest in these cars and if I happened to be passing Curborough that weekend I may have popped in for an hour or two to have a look round. However I wouldn't want to part with £15 for the privilege.

I think this is a Great idea, to let possible Mev buyers in and i think the fee is suitable, This is a great opportunity for all Mev owners to give their cars a good test around a non competitive open track that is priced unbelievable cheap,, everyone should be taking full advantage of this,, even if you dont use your car on the track bring it up and but names to faces of the members reqistered on here,, Both MEV & RTR are putting alot of time and effort into this and its not very often manufactures are so pro-active to arrange such events,, That said - I am not currently down to come but i am working on this will update soon,,, Scott

However I wouldn't want to part with £15 for the privilege. It's only a tenner if you pre book and if we did it for less then it would be like a fun fair with free rides. I am confident however that you will be so impressed with the performance of the cars and the wide range on offer that you will have the tenner knocked off your deposit! Failing that please visit a kit car show. We can then show a static display.
