I bought the original Mevster, moulds and design from Stuart a couple of years ago to put it back into production in a college setting. Things haven't progressed as quickly as anticipated but at long last the updated design is ready to go which means the original car is surplus to requirements. In the time I have had it the car has been dismantled and re-assembled twice as part of developing the kit. The car has also been used extensively and is currently rebuilt, MOT'd and ready for the road. I am advertising the car here in the first instance and am open to offers, but it will go on ebay if not. I need the space and the capital to allow me to produce a batch of new kits. The car is in OK condition - it has been through a lot in it's short life including numerous colour changes, rebuilds, road tests and periods of storage. Mechanically it is fully roadworthy, cosmetically it has suffered - nothing major but there are marks and scuffs. If a new owner would like a new set of panels, these can be readily supplied, and given the car is already road registered it could look like new with a little TLC. The drivetrain is standard MX5 NA 1.6 with approx 90hp, not spectacular but bullet proof and great to drive. The car is located in Sheffield S4, viewing and test drives no problem.
