So I have got a 1.8 N/A mk1 MX5. I have started rebuilding the engine a while ago, & while polishing & porting the cylinder head I came across some numbers stamped into the base of the exhaust ports in the cylinder head. These marks are only in the exhaust side, but after a bit of polishing of the port, these numbers stood out really well, the numbers go 7,5,7 then 5. I stopped polishing and porting my head until I understand fully what the numbers mean ( its not important, curiosity is getting to me lol).
I have searched & posted on various other platforms & called a few places, & only one person has managed to give me an answer, 'the illuminati' lol. Have we got anyone on here that can crack this code ?
